Hi all!

Lots of finales this week!  In fact, this is the week when the spunkybean operating statement goes from “How am I going to get all this done?” to “What are we going to write about this week?”  It’s a different sort of stress, at least.  Look forward to a summer of articles where I reminisce about things I watched in the past, I guess.

The new fall schedules should be released this week, and now that I know Community, Parks and Recreation, and most of my other favorites are safe, I can rest easy for the summer.  (Come on, Bob’s Burgers!  Pull through for daddy!)  But we’ll probably talk about that in more detail later.  Oh, and in case you were worried, Celebrity Apprentice was renewed for another season.  I should absolutely not be excited about that, and yet…

Bonus programming that was not well-publicized! Mad Men episode of Inside the Actors Studio on Tuesday at 7p on Bravo!

  2. Larry Young says:

“I’m not even sure you want to see what condition I’m in after three new episodes of Community.”

My guess? It involves some sort of spaced-out look in his eyes combined with a goofy smile.

I will use your Bachelorette summary as a “pullquote” as soon as I look up what it means. And …Howard Stern will mean one more watcher for NBC. Me.
