Hi all!

It’s a short schedule this week. I’ve been saying that a lot lately, but that’s how summer works. I mean, we’ve got Big Brother coming soon, which is really going to fill things out. But that’s not this week and you’ll have to live with it.

Here’s what to watch on TV this week!

Wow, there’s not much going on tonight. And I tried very hard but couldn’t get into Dietland, so I don’t have much to list. Times are tough.

8-9 The Bold Type – SEASON PREMIERE! I am actually not sure what this show is about but Myndi likes it and she knows a lot about what to watch.

10-11:10 Legion – SEASON FINALE! Much like Fox Mulder before him, David fights the future. After last week’s disturbing events, I feel like I need to steel myself for this one. It’s going to be rough.

10-11 Humans – Laura discovers she’s not being told everything and Joe uncovers Karen’s secret. I just realized I didn’t watch the season premiere yet and I’m so mad at myself. Check back with me next week!

8-10 American Ninja Warrior – It’s the Miami qualifiers! I wish I had more to say than that, but I don’t feel like making fun of the awkward Jurassic Park tie-in because I like Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard and they clearly didn’t want to be there.

8-9 MasterChef – Gordon teaches everybody how to break down a crab. Well, first you yell at it… Hey, how about that lady from Grand Rapids who made the cut? Hometown pride!

9-10 Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back – SERIES PREMIERE! This awkwardly-titled show is just Kitchen Nightmares but with Gordon only spending a day at a failing restaurant.

10-10:30 Archer: Danger IslandSEASON FINALE! Archer enters a deadly temple in search of even deadlier treasure. Hee! This season went from low-stakes wacky adventures to Archer vs. Nazis so fast. Hopefully this year’s finale gives us an update on the fate of Archer Prime. It’s been two years and I need answers!

10-10:30 Brockmire – Charles stages an intervention for Jim, and I can’t imagine he knows that many people who don’t want him to destroy himself.

It’s another bad night for TV. What are we to do?

8-9 BattleBots – Oh man, Bronco is in this episode! That’s that one with a pneumatic flipper that can just toss robots around! Also, I think it’s very funny that Jessica Chobot is the interviewer on this show, because when ever they introduce her, I think they’re talking about a robot version of somebody named Jessica Cho.

9-10 Westworld – No information available! It’s the second-to-last episode of the season and I’m not sure there are going to be any characters left alive by the finale.

9:30-10 Ghosted – Leroy brings in a psychic when the office is bugged and Max refuses to buy into superstition. So that’s the one thing he doesn’t believe in. Actually, I get it. He’s right.

10-11 Into the BadlandsSEASON FINALE! Characters appearing in this episode: Sunny, Bajie, Pilgrim, M.K., Widow, Moon, Gaius, and….. Lydia.

“Kids don’t want to do anything… I consider it my job to kinda twist them in the direction of doing stuff. I mean, that’s what coaching’s all about. That’s why I love it. Every day I go out there and I twist the kids into doing something they don’t want to do.” — Coach McGuirk

“This isn’t Hollwood. If it was, these glasses would be tinted and I’d be friends with Stevie Nicks.” — Dean Pelton
